PROBLEM STATEMENT: Churches and ministries often struggle to efficiently manage events, handle donations, and maintain meaningful engagement with their members in a digital space. Humdov offers software tools to solve these challenges, but lacks a clear, user-friendly website that communicates its offerings and supports easy onboarding. My task is to design a website that effectively presents Humdov’s products and simplifies the onboarding process for new users.
USABILITY STUDY: As typical activities are assigned to several users, the study plan is now utilized to monitor the user as they interact with the Lo-Fi prototype. This allows us to gauge the user's ability to execute the task. The Usability Study comes to a close with the recording of the observations. The observations are carefully examined, and conclusions are drawn; these conclusions have a direct impact on the adjustments we make to our Lo-Fi Wireframes to improve the app's usability. CONCLUSIONS & LEARNINGS The app is ready for consumers based on interviews and usability studies; however, as the app is used by a diverse range of users, new edge cases will emerge, and certain solutions unique to the demographic will need to be provided by conducting additional usability studies and empathizing with them.
